Job description
We are currently recruiting a high-energy, driven business development manager (BDM) with relevant experience in professional services for our consultative sales role.
ReviewSolicitors is the most comprehensive review platform in the legal market; this means that you will be demonstrating the best product out there. We already have a 25% market share, up from 10% at the start of 2021.
With a significant volume of inbound enquiries, the split between warm and cold is 70% warm and 30% cold. There is also an outreach team that will book demonstrations on your behalf.
Online reviews in the legal market is a hot topic at the moment. As a BDM with ReviewSolicitors, you will help law firms to understand how collecting online reviews with the most comprehensive legal review platform makes commercial and regulatory sense.
We are offering a prosperous career as a BDM. All existing BDMs earn over £60K each year, and we provide an uncapped commission structure.
The role will involve -
- Informing and educating law firms about the benefits of joining ReviewSolicitors via online Zoom demonstrations
- Ensuring the regular and systematic follow up of contracts that you issue
- Focussing on driving new law firms to join the platform
- Working as part of a team

Salary: £30K - £35K basic + £14,400 bonus (paid monthly). Uncapped commission thereafter.
