Reporting to the Director of Talent and Culture, this is a pivotal role offering you the opportunity to lead and shape the talent development landscape of a renowned luxury brand.
Collaborating with a team of passionate leaders, united by a shared commitment to excellence, you will ensure that colleagues are capable of consistently delivering an exceptional service to their guests.
Combining your expertise in the talent, learning and development space with your engaging, warm and authentic communication style, you will lead a proactive approach to talent development across all levels of the organisation, playing a key role in the continuous development of a high performance/high engagement culture.
