We are looking for someone as passionate about Compassionate Leadership as we are, to join our growing Leadership and Organisational Development Team as our Leadership and Organisational Development Business Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the business management of the team. This would include being responsible for managing and maintaining communication and marketing plans for the team as well as leading on the coordination of the annual Leading Together Festival.
The successful candidate will develop innovative and creative integrated solutions to support the OD function and wider organisation in delivering on the Trust's vision.
This is a real opportunity to impact the culture, working with colleagues across the Trust and Integrated Care System. You will be joining a small, flexible and supportive team, with a large scope of practice across Talent Management and Organisational Development.
