We are looking for someone to join our team who shares our ambition and drive to
contribute to the implementation of the Trust’s strategic plan and People Strategy through organisational culture, organisational development, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and various organisational development interventions.
You will lead and develop our approach to Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development, ensuring that we have plans for talent management, succession, leadership development, and our teams and leaders are supported to transform our compassionate, inclusive and collective leadership culture.
You will also have the opportunity to work as part of a system-wide OD network.
To lead the development of the Trust’s strategic approach to Organisational Development, Leadership Development and Talent Management, ensuring these are aligned with the Trust’s objectives and organisational culture aspirations.
To be the Trust expert in interpreting national guidelines for Organisational Development, Leadership Development and Talent Management and be responsible for devising Trust-wide policies on Talent management and succession planning for the Trust.
To provide leadership and Best Practice guidance and interventions to managers and clinicians across the Trust on all areas of Organisational Development, Leadership Development, Talent Management and Succession Planning.
To lead on the implementation of the leadership and talent management strategy and action plan and devise and implement a process for talent management and succession planning.
To provide direct line management of staff working within Organisational Development and Leadership Development and Talent management within the Trust.
To produce and submit high quality business cases regarding areas of responsibility, to achieve support and where appropriate funding.
Support the implementation of a culture review so that the Trust can fully understand the culture requirements and implement actions to maintain or improve the culture.
