An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Organisational Development Team at NHS South Central and West ensuring the SCW has a highly talented and engaged workforce.
We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to help us deliver our Organisational Development & Learning & Development Plans. You will have opportunity to shape and deliver solutions to the plans four key priorities: -

The role supports the delivery of learning & development programmes undertaking the full lifecycle of learning activity from establishing training needs to mobilising our procurement processes, from designing and delivering training and to evaluating our impact.
Candidates need to be confident in developing their virtual facilitation skills to maximise impact of virtual workshops and webinars as the workforce is spread over a wide geographical area and many colleagues work remotely.
For the right applicant we will consider appointing at Band 6 and providing a development plan to progress to the band 7 standards required.
