Morgan King Group are actively recruiting for a Facilities Business Development Manager to join our Facilities Management client on a permanent basis based in Peterborough. This position is Field based however, the successful Facilities Business Development manager will be required to regularly visit the office.
Key responsibilities of the Facilities Business Development Manager will include:
· Identifying new business opportunities within the PPM and Small Works division.
· Creating strategies to successfully convert new business opportunities.
· Building strong relationships with new and existing clients, gauging their needs and working towards fulfilment of their needs.
· Preparing quotes and sales contracts
· Attending Teams and face to face meetings with new and existing clients.
For the Facilities Business Development Manager position, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who:
- Have Facilities Management industry knowledge – at least 1 year.
- At least 5 years proven track record of B2B sales and new client wins.
- Target driven and money motivated and want to progress.
- Self-motivated and desire to succeed.
- Successful account management experience
In return, the Business Development Manager will receive:
- Renumeration: £28,000 - £31,000 / Year
