In this role of Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for professional commercial business partnering, sales management and training of specific high value, high opportunity Kitchen Studios and Electrical Retailers in order to achieve specific sales targets and objectives. Working closely with the Partners, building collaborative business plans to ensure Miele delivers a best in class partnership in order to achieve sales growth targets and objectives.
To be successful in this role you should have experience and be passionate about setting challenging targets and have a history of delivering great results. You will produce and use analytics to provide insights into commercial decision-making and the development of business plans.
We partner closely with our Miele Experience Centre's, providing consumers expert advice and hands-on demonstrations – truly bringing our products to life.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has the relevant experience within a premium commercial role and a high level of emotional intelligence. You will also need to live within your territory described.

You will have a successful track-record and previous responsibility for a portfolio of accounts measured on sales volume, value and profit.
Experience of implementing a promotional calendar ensuring maximum exposure at all levels within the account and preparation and management of financial data for territory, account insight and development.
A natural relationship builder, you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do you will exemplify ‘Immer Besser’ (continuous improvement) in the way you work. You will think creatively and be willing to challenge the status quo in order to improve things.
You will work closely with the Head of Sales, Domestic Support Teams, Category Managers and Logistics.
What can we offer you?
We offer a salary up to £48,000 per annum, (which includes London Weighting) dependent on experience, plus an evolving pay and benefits package which could take your OTE Circa £60,000.
