About the Role:
Business Development at Maru/Blue involves building and maintaining relationships with our partners and customers. The team focuses on sustaining existing client relationships and expanding new accounts through strategic prospecting and networking. As a Business Development team member, you will create and execute a territory plan, identify prospects, develop account plans and profiles, and showcase our unique value proposition in the market research industry.
We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to help us invest in our clients' success by aligning Maru/Blue’s services, innovations, and capabilities with their specific business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify prospects, generate qualified leads, and schedule calls to uncover opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
- Spark interest in Maru/Blue’s products and services through engaging storytelling.
- Demonstrate a genuine understanding of prospects' businesses and communicate solutions that address their needs.
- Articulate our value proposition confidently, instilling trust in Maru/Blue's ability to deliver reliable results.
- Accurately update and maintain the CRM with call activity and detailed notes.
