iRecruitment LTD is working with a local company to recruit a business development manager to assist with their growth.
The client are based in Middlewich, however you will be either in the office or on the road, cold calling, door knocking, building relationships to get the client new contracts for them to be able to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop business relationships with potential customers through various forms of communication.
- Travel to meet with potential customers and develop relationships with them.
- Manage our customer relationship management system to ensure that all aspects of new business acquisition are managed.
- Ensure that all company documents are maintained and organized.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards employees and customers at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
The successful person will:
- Be presentable
- Have a background of B2B sales
- Be approachable and professional in their approach
- Have a full UK driving license as you will have a car provided
- Be wanting to be a part of something exciting
