For the past 20 years, Capital Allowance Review Service (CARS) has been highly successful in helping the property sector and its advisors to maximise the available tax breaks via Capital Allowances.
In the last 12 months, CARS has significantly increased their headcount and as a result, are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their established and growing team.
To succeed as their new Business Development Manager, you will need to have a dynamic personality with previous sales experience. They don’t just want you to sell, they want you to create long-lasting relationships. So, what will your day-to-day look like?
- Establishing new and innovative processes to generate leads
- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, and partnerships
- Maintaining and developing relationships with our current client base of professional individuals and accountants
- Leading webinars and workshops
- Attending social and networking events to build the company presence and stay up to date on industry trends.
- Creating sales forecasts and actively working to reach them
- Building company knowledge to understand and propose solutions to clients
