We’ve developed new approaches to B2B sales & marketing and need more Business Development Managers who want to make a real difference to our client campaigns.
We’ve created our own technology (Dynamo) to solve the challenges of lead generation. Clients describe it as ‘just the ticket’.
Your role will be focused on sharing our stories and finding new Dynamo clients.
Salary: £40k + Uncapped Commission
OTE: Year 1= £49k Year 2=£65k
(commission earnt on sales and booked demos of the Dynamo tool)
Hours: Full time 9am to 5:15pm
Location: Hybrid/Chelmsford, walking distance from station

The role:
As a successful Business Development Manager, you will attract multiple new Dynamo clients every month, and develop some of those into larger consulting clients.
To achieve this, you will:
· Develop a deep understanding of the buyer, their needs and what captures their interest.
· Create a strategy, alongside a monthly and quarterly activity plan, aligned to your targets.
· Find, interact and close new business for our product range, focusing on Dynamo.
· Grow, manage and maintain your own account base.
· Be consistently disciplined with sales forecasting and track all opportunities through our CRM and Dynamo.
· Work out and build a scalable, repeatable sales formula taking advantage of all tools available to sell consistently and predictably.
· Learn how to use LinkedIn in a new way to generate prospects and opportunities.
· Proactively network both in person and online.
· Make outbound sales calls to prospects that have been warmed up through your own efforts and our own use of Dynamo to book demos and bring on new clients.
· Attend client meetings to present and demo our products and services.
What you will bring
Requirements:
· 2+ years of B2B sales experience with results you can talk about proudly.
· A warm, bright and confident personality that draws people towards you.
· A curious mind for understanding and solving client problems.
· A resourceful and analytical nature, you will thrive off autonomy and trust.
· A proactive networker both face to face and online.
· A believer and experienced user of social media to story tell, build relationships, and generate leads.
· An able presenter who can confidently host client calls and give client presentations.
· Strong pipeline management, proactively driving the right activity to keep it full.
Nice to have:
· Previous experience selling to senior sales and marketing audiences.
· A previous role selling software solutions or booking demos as part of the process.
· Start-up or scaleup experience, comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment, working with maturing resources.
