A Business Development Manager is required to sell cleaning contracts to offices and schools. You will report into the Sales Director and will be responsible for leading the end to end sales process for commercial office and school cleaning bids. From lead generation, working with telesales, bid creation through to close
An existing sales database and telesales is provided as well as first class sustainable service delivery and competitive pricing to support the sales team.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Working with the telesales team, developing the database with qualified leads
- Attend sites to survey and assess client requirements
- Building rapport
- Use and improve company templates to produce high quality bid responses
- Overcoming objections
- Completing tenders and quote proposals that win new business for our company
- Thriving on tight deadlines
- Manage the bid and quote process ensuring all deadlines are met
- Hitting targets
Essential Skills
- Good excel and word skills essential.
- Good planning and diary management.
- Sales and cleaning industry experience useful.
Technical support and training is provided. Full driving licence and good verbal communication skills needed. Cleaning industry experience is useful.
Benefit include
£40,000 per annum salary
OTE £60,000

Hours Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm.
