You will be responsible for:
Lead generation, appointment settling and calendar management.
Contacting businesses in your territory to gain new business to your existing accounts followed by the easy part of keeping the clients happy with our top class service.
Always Representing the Company in an efficient and professional manner
Up selling and cross selling. Being able to choose selling points that match with the business you are selling too.
Taking the lead and project managing tender registrations and submissions.
Business Development Manager:
As a Business Development Manager, you will need to be able to build relationships with all personalities. Start and maintain healthy business relationships.
Reporting to the Head of Sales
You must be well organised and punctual to manage your day to day tasks to a high standard Self-motivation is key to your success. You will have experience as a self-generating salesperson who can exceed targets with the company’s assistance and reputation.
THE NITTY GRITTY
- Contract Term: Permanent.
- Location: You will be required to attend head office in Kidderminster as and when required but the position will be home based.
- Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum is available for the right Business Development Manager with a rewarding commission/bonus structure.
- Hours of Work: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
- Annual Leave: 23 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service to a maximum of 27 days).
