3D-Aesthetics, an award-winning equipment manufacturer who supply to the Beauty, Aesthetic and Medical industries, have a unique and exciting opportunity to be in at the start of a unique new skincare product launch.

Previously known as 3D-lipo Ltd, we have been one of the key industry leaders across the Beauty and Aesthetics sectors for over a decade, and have produced many of the most advanced, non-surgical systems on the market, including body contouring, inch loss, hair removal, tattoo removal, skin rejuvenation and more!

We are looking to launch a completely new, unique skincare concept onto the UK market, Technology Personalised Cosmeceuticals (TPC), in partnership with Lesielle.

We are looking to build a dedicated sales team to fully take advantage of the opportunities this new concept offers, and are therefore looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for the South of the country.

Reporting to: Lesielle National Sales Manager

Location: Home office based with some travel to the office in Rugby.

Hours of work: 37 hours - Monday to Friday with some weekend work to cover trade events.

These roles will require that the individual must;

· Be territory based

· Have significant experience in skincare, specifically cosmeceutical sales

· Have experience in cold calling and winning new business. At least two years of new business.

· Have a large database of synergistical clients in the relevant industry

You will manage your own accounts, building and maintaining relationships with your clients to ensure they remain as 3D Aesthetics customers for the long term!

Key Responsibilities;

· Introducing Lesielle adaptive skincare to our existing customer database of 3D technologies.

· Generating own leads and developing it into sales opportunities through cold calling.

· Identifying opportunities for sales of Lesielle TPC in UK clinics/salons and spas.

· Building and maintaining strong positive working relationships with clients.

· Maintaining CRM diary & sales records.

· Hitting KPI’s set out.

· Able to communicate at all levels of business confidently and accurately.

· Be a self-starter who’s able to work independently and create new tasks for completion.

· Be motivated working from home and someone hungry to be successful in launching a brand.

Experience

· Have significant experience in skincare, specifically cosmeceutical sales

· At least two years’ experience in cold calling and winning new business within the skincare/beauty industry.

· A beauty qualification is preferred but not essential if you have skincare sales experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
