Business Development Manager (Employee Benefits) - 12 months contract
Salary: £35,000 + commission

As a Business Development Manager, you will be a dynamic, resilient, hands on & experienced salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment, succeeds when dealing with multiple challenges and can seamlessly integrate into the wider business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new prospects in the employee benefits market
- Manage relationships with third party benefit providers and their clients
- Build a pipeline in line with sales targets
- Renew and grow existing business
- Negotiate new business deals with new clients maximise revenue
- Negotiate Terms of Business and Data Protection Agreements with clients
- Able to meet objections to secure business
- Regularly check campaign progression and act on information accordingly to ensure engagement and increased revenue
- Internal sales with occasional face to face client meetings
- Manage client portfolio and expand its full potential
- Keep records using Ello platform
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to instigate and maintain relationships
- Previous B2B Sales experience
- Capable of communicating at all levels
- Able to listen and respond appropriately
- To act as an ambassador for Ello ensuring that your behaviour reflects well on the company
- Be able to plan and prioritise workload
