The Role:
As a Business Development Intern you will be working alongside our marketing and operations teams, across all aspects of business development, from marketing and sales to communications and operations; including recruitment and PR.

Making Things Happen

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing new partnership opportunities
  • Consolidating and managing relationships with existing partners
  • Creating professional written proposals
  • Using CRM software to manage leads and opportunities
  • Sharing ideas and implementing them; helping the company improve processes and services
  • Help develop and further build teams within the company

Recommended Previous Experience:

Candidates with experience in the following areas are preferable:
  • Retail
  • Sales, business development, account management
  • Consultancy, advisory, teaching, coaching
  • Your own business, or working in a small, high growth startup

Skills Needed:

  • We believe knowledge can be taught, so it's the attitude and desire to learn and absorb everything, which you will bring to the table that we're most interested in
  • You enjoy communicating with and meeting new people globally. You may not be an extrovert in the traditional sense, but you are curious about other people and cultures
  • You have strong self-discipline and can manage your own schedule professionally. You're the kind of person who plans their day, sets personal goals and objectives and then conquers them
  • An entrepreneurial, creative flare and a passion for learning are irreplaceable. You're the kind of person who reads a lot, is always thinking about how you can improve yourself and takes constructive feedback well
  • You must be self-assured and ideally someone who thrives from finding new opportunities
