We are a globally distributed start up with 100+ employees. Back in 2022, we raised $16m (Series A) led by Sky9 Capital 2. We enable Web3 projects to build on 8 blockchains, supporting 200+ DApps projects and powering >50% of the Top 50 Projects on the BNB Chain and Aptos.

About the Business Development Team
Lead processes and activities involved in identifying, pursuing, and creating new business opportunities to generate growth and revenue. It typically involves researching and analysing market trends, identifying potential clients or customers, creating marketing strategies, building partnerships and relationships, and exploring new markets and product/service offerings. The goal of business development is to increase the organisation's customer base, expand its reach, and drive profitability.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of Growth and BD of APAC on execution coverage.
- Engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and explaining how the product solves their needs
- Building relationships with potential customers, partners and investors.
- Collaborate across our internal business and technology teams to drive the desired business outcomes for our customers
- Refine and establish processes to support our business’s evolving needs
- Demonstrated ability to develop long-term, trustworthy strategic relationships with senior level executives and technical individuals
- Own, manage, and report using a CRM: ensure the system is up to date and that all relevant metrics are input
- Respond and communicate quickly with customers
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in blockchain technology
What We're Looking For
- Strong interest of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related culture and trends
- Strong business acumen. Experience in consulting or analytical positions is a plus
- Proficiency with Google Sheets / other data analysis tools
- Adaptable and quick learner
- Strong communication skills and writing skills
- Able to work in a fast paced and multi-tasking environment
- Good team player who is comfortable working both with internal team members as well as other departments.
