About the role:
As part of the Business Development team, this role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with large financial institutions, primarily banks and asset managers. In addition, this role will handle the entire sales process end-to-end, including identifying prospects, understanding their position on asset tokenization, and guiding them through our tokenization offering.
This role will have significant contact and visibility with the founders.
Responsibilities:
Build & manage relationships with large financial institutions, primarily banks & asset managers, and collaborate with them to help them adopt xalts products and customize their tokenization applications on it.
Maintain a robust pre-sales process, with comprehensive research on potential clients and customized sales collateral.
Engage with and bring together asset originators and investors to structure tokenization transactions utilizing xalts infra.
Guide interested clients through the complete sales process, including identifying prospects, understanding the feasibility of our products for their specific needs, bridging the gap between our offering and their ask (if any), coordinating with internal teams (as needed) for successful adoption of our products, etc.
Ideal profile:
We are seeking someone with the following:
5-7 years of total experience
If the candidate is working in a bank, the designation should be VP or higher
Prior experience in at least one of the following (compulsory)
Fixed income / cash equity / derivatives sales at global banks
Institutional fund sales in leading asset managers
Enterprise SaaS / Solutions sales to global banks and asset managers
Embedded consulting teams of leading consulting firms at global banks
COO office of global banks and asset managers
Experience in Business Development roles in blockchains/protocols/crypto exchanges is a plus
