The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
  • Onboard new customers by effectively presenting our services and value proposition to senior decision makers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through proactive prospecting using various channels, including LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email and in-person networking.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Write compelling and engaging email and social media campaigns to capture the attention of potential clients.
  • Maximise networking opportunities to increase agency awareness and develop a personal network of contacts.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role within the creative industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of the marketing and design industry.
  • Strong ability to generate and convert leads, with a successful sales track record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage and track customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and persistent approach.
  • Degree level qualification in marketing or a related field is preferred or experience in a similar role
