The Role

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
- Onboard new customers by effectively presenting our services and value proposition to senior decision makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through proactive prospecting using various channels, including LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email and in-person networking.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Write compelling and engaging email and social media campaigns to capture the attention of potential clients.
- Maximise networking opportunities to increase agency awareness and develop a personal network of contacts.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role within the creative industries.
- In-depth knowledge of the marketing and design industry.
- Strong ability to generate and convert leads, with a successful sales track record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage and track customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and persistent approach.
- Degree level qualification in marketing or a related field is preferred or experience in a similar role
