JOB DESCRIPTION
- Account Management: a point of contact for key retail partners present and future, primarily working with contacts in the USA and the UK from large scale to indie stockists.
- Sales Targets: helping develop and execute a successful sales strategy alongside identifying and achieving KPIs to grow Patisserie’s B2B portfolio, tracking success in these areas and improvement strategies
- Preparing & Presenting: assisting in the development of new products based on your account knowledge and retailer feedback, presenting and selling new product development to key accounts securing launch space and key brand support to achieve the highest sales figures. Flexibility to attend retailer meetings essential.
- Sales Orders & Housekeeping: receiving, reviewing and processing all sales orders from retail partners and supporting senior management in associated paperwork. Using CRM software to ensure relationships are well managed and organise data. The role will involve plenty of administrative tasks and organisation on various platforms and portals (for example Shopify and Monday dot com), and paperwork including retailer new line forms.
- Sales Order Management: working to ensure all POs for your key accounts are dispatched in a timely manner, maintaining agreed lead times and terms ensuring a positive experience for buyers.
- Buyer Relationships:working with marketing and design departments to improve the way our retailers order from us, ensuring our branding is consistent and giving buyers the best possible experience.
- Forecasting & Inventory: Supporting senior management in accurate product stock forecasting and inventory for accounts, working to manage any over or under stocks and required timings for launches and key retailer moments.
- Key Reporting: collate and review monthly retailer sales out data, reporting back key commentary and findings to the wider business.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- A love for the wellness and beauty industries, with a passion for self care.
- Experience in a similar role in a similar industry
- Project management and organisational skills with an eye for detail and followup
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to form strong working relationships with retailers
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Confidence and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Office programs like Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets essential
