We're a dynamic and fast-paced company looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to help us drive growth.
As an BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our leads, so your cheerful demeanour and positive attitude are crucial. But don't worry, this isn't your typical corporate sales gig - we're looking for someone with a clever and funny approach to conversations. So, if you've got jokes, we want them!
(Please note, this is not a lead generation role)
We're a tight-knit team of 20 with a mission to build an incredible brand with purpose and reach Unicorn potential. We love to have a good time together, and we're always down for a cheeky karaoke night or hitting up some fitness events and classes.
You’ll spend your time:
- Engaging in conversations via Instagram, emails, and calls
- This is not a corporate sale! We’re looking for a clever and funny approach to conversations
- Building tight relationships with Personal Trainers
- Being highly organised with follow-ups and relighting conversations
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement a targeted outreach strategy
- Schedule all appointments for the Sales team
- Maintain accurate tracking of all conversations taking place through our CRM system
- Excellent written and verbal communication
We'll provide you with comprehensive training on our product and sales processes, so no
prior experience is necessary. However, if you do have some experience in sales or customer service, that's definitely a plus!
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be:
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable making outbound calls and sending emails and using Instagram DM
- A great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- A team player with a positive attitude
