ABOUT YOU
The role of the Business Development Executive is to generate new business opportunities to maximise the pre-booked and total sales of the ETM estate. The successful applicant will join a fun, fast paced, tight knit team, enjoying company benefits and team nights out.
Specifics of the role:
- Maximise pre-booked sales by ensuring the Collins booking platform is performing at its maximum capacity
- Work directly with the sales, marketing and operating teams to ensure the system and venues are set up for pre-booked sales success
- LinkedIn Navigator system management
- Ensure social media channels are manned to respond to guest queries
Skills required:
- Sales experience within related hospitality industry is essential
- Solid communication skills and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage time, workload and prioritise
- Collins Reservation Platform management
- LinkedIn Navigator system management
- Social media messages management
- Strong grammar and written English
- A commercially savvy, analytical thinker
