Job description:
Britsense Ltd is looking for two Business Development Executive to join the team. You will be responsible for acquiring and developing new B2B, B2C sales . You will be expected to thoroughly understand the full range of products and services and be able to approach a wide range of potential clients in the UK or E-commerce Businesses all over the world. Through a business needs analysis, you will be able to identify opportunities to introduce the portfolio into those businesses. Full product knowledge training will be provided.
You will be responsible for building your client base and working to sales targets so you must have a strong desire and determination to succeed. As a Business Development Executive we will expect you to be professional at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- To promote and sell our extensive range (approx. 20 brands) of products, e.g. Zwilling Kitchenware and beauty products in UK and internationally
- To support the Directors in business development.
- To liaise with existing clients and gain repeat business through the analysis of their continuing purchasing needs.
- To create proposals
- To follow up leads generated through the website and mailers
- To contact relevant businesses within our target audience to sell our products and build relationships.
- To represent the company in its best light at all times.
- Attend Business Networking meetings
Person specification
- At least 6 months work experience in the same or similar industry or position is essential
- Proven record of sales or business development is preferable.
- a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English both in oral and writing.
- In depth Knowledge in another culture or language e.g. Russia, Africa, Australia, South-East Asia or Chinese is preferable.
- Friendly and approachable personality
- A background / contacts in high class products sales /E-commerce would be beneficial
- Good at tel/web marketing /using various internet medias, e.g. wechat, facebook etc would be a huge bonus
