Fairway are looking for a passionate and driven sales professional to drive a flourishing and expanding business. Operating throughout the West Midlands we have enjoyed tremendous growth over the past 3 years, and we are looking for a fresh personality to join an experienced and committed team. Ideally, you will have a proven track record within healthcare, but it is not essential. However, you will have high standards regarding customer service and you will be adept at managing a sales process and comfortable developing business both face to face and by phone. You will be responsible for the promotion of our range of health and social care staff and training solutions, and you will understand the immense potential of our unique link to the Embark learning care academy. You will be target driven, have a real team ethic and enjoy working in a friendly bustling office environment. You will have strong negotiation skills and a passion for product knowledge.
We are looking for people who demonstrate a desire to grow their own position, build a team and be ambitious to progress within the organisation. You will have a structured and measured approach and be proactive and a self-starter. You will enjoy the autonomy of not being micro managed and a team player.
