Job description

The business development which we are looking for now. It is ideal for a driven, organised individual (with a passion for Film, Kids TV and animation) who can turn their hands to lots of different things and grow with the business for the branding collaboration and sponsorship for upcoming events. They must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be reliable and quick to respond on requests, have strong IT skills including Canva, Photoshop and so on.

You will be asked to work in the office in London at least 2-3 days per week, also remotely work at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating the company databases.
  • Weekly company’s social media management including WeChat, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok and so on.
  • Business development with potential sponsors for films promotion and premiere events in UK.
  • Support with clients follow-ups.
  • Research and analyse UK film market for Asian titles and kids’ media markets trends and industry news and share with the team.
  • Participate to the review of content and checking projections when necessary.
  • Provide feedback on marketing materials.

The ideal candidate will….

  • Demonstrate a passion to work in Film and TV preferably children’s and have an understanding of the broadcast industry.
  • Be a team player with a problem-solving approach to provide support and multi-task with enthusiasm.
  • Reliable, and able to work alone to complete tasks to given deadlines.
  • Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written in English, other language skills desirable.
  • Have a pro-active and positive attitude.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in the film business or L&M industry.

Technical Skills

  • Strong IT skills particularly using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Well knowledge to use Canva.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Must be able to work flexibly from home with high speed internet connection and London office.
  • Must be available full time Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm from home and occasionally outside of core hours if requested.
  • Must be able to travel to Greater London area to attend occasional meetings.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Prefer bilingual language speaker

Full time

Salary – Available on application.

Holidays – 21 days per year plus UK National holidays.
