Client Development Executive – Central Scotland
Tezlom (Central Scotland) are expanding our team and have a fantastic opportunity for a confident, ambitious, and self-motivated individual.
We are based in Airdrie and specialise in the recruitment of Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers. Our client base consists of Nursing Homes and Support Services int Glasgow, Lanarkshire, and Stirlingshire.
Responsibilities:
· Arrange and conduct regular meetings with clients.
· Identify new clients and new business opportunities.
· Maintain and develop relationships with current clients.
· Monthly Sales Targets.
· Compile and submit monthly Business Development reports.
· Although Business Development will be your main role, you will also be expected to do a variety of duties relating to the recruitment and compliance of agency staff.
· Cover out-of-hours calls during evenings and weekends – on a rota basis.
Skills and Experience:
· Previous Business Development experience (preferably in the healthcare sector but not essential).
· Highly organised.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Self-motivated.
· Strategic and creative mind.
· Quick learner.
· Excellent time management and be able to multi-task.
· Comprehensive IT skills and knowledge of software including Microsoft applications.
· Driving licence and car.

Working hours are 9am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday.
Having a driving license and car is essential for the role (mileage paid, laptop and company mobile phone & laptop will be provided).
