LIVE WORK LEAD
About the role
You will work with the Payroll and HR Systems Development Manager and Systems and Process Improvement Lead to undertake development within the ORACLE solution and other HR systems which will drive efficiencies and deliver benefits.
You will be responsible for developing and embedding new configuration and processes on ORACLE to support the HR modules. You will also provide support to HR teams to maintain the quality and integrity of the data including supporting any processes which interact with interfaces in the wider organisation.
Liaising with colleagues across HR&OD you will work with them to ensure effective use of ORACLE and any supporting HR systems. This will include contributing to the identification of opportunities to create processes that support automation of delivery, recognising where ORACLE and other functionality that could be used to replace manual processes.
About you
You will be able to demonstrate confidence and experience of learning, developing relevant systems, demonstrate the ability to respond and adapt quickly to challenges and exhibit a methodical and organised approach to drive more efficient and effective delivery of business processes.
