Pro-active Training are delighted to be recruiting for a Business Development Consultant to join our team based in Newcastle. Due to our continued success, we are seeking a passionate individual to complement our talented team of individuals. Pro-active Training are a construction training provider helping young people take their first steps into their chosen career.
As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with employers throughout the North East. You will be promoting the benefits of apprenticeships, with the aim of creating career opportunities.
Duties (include but not limited to)
· Identifying new business opportunities
· Developing leads and contacting business to discuss apprenticeships with
· Making contact via telephone, email, and social media platforms
· Building relationships through outstanding customer service
· Being focused on sales to ensure targets are met
· Generating weekly reports
· Liaising with colleagues and making sure aims are shared and worked towards
Desirable Experience
· Previous sales experience
· Knowledge of apprenticeships
· Knowledge of construction industry
· Full UK driving license (essential)
· Ability to adapt to changes
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
