We are searching for a result driven, lead-generation/appointment setting business development representative to join our IT Lead Generation, Business Development team.

Leadwire Limited is a UK lead generation agency and who is seeking experienced BDRs to join its growing team to align with the ambitious growth targets scheduled for the coming year.
Part of IRD Group, the organization has been delivering best-in-class services to the IT industry for the past 8 years and is looking to increase the lead generation team size in the New Year.
We are looking for:
Motivated, self starters with at least 1+ years of experience in appointment setting/ sales or lead generation roles - B2B tech experience preferable
Experience in cold calling/ outbound sales and exceeding targets
Great communicators, with the ability to multitask and work across multiple campaigns simultaneously
Keys traits that we seek:
High energy and self-motivated.
Competitive nature.
Results driven.
Always looking for self-improvement month after month. At least 6-12 months of Business Development experience, Leads generation/ Appointment setter or relevant experience
Has great initiatives and a team player
Constant hunger to improve and optimize
Excellent Interpersonal capability
Ability to prioritize different projects and stay on schedule
Has a strong, clear, and confident phone manner
Experience in industries would be an advantage.
