Business Development Representative (Recruitment)

What a Graduate Recruitment Consultant can expect with Emerge Tech:
- Earning potentials of up to £70,000 in your first year and £90,000 in your second year.

Duties of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant (Sales)
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms.
- Effectively communicate and sell our service including the advantages and unique selling points to generate interest and drive sales by acquiring new clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals tailored to clients' specific requirements.
- Actively listen to client needs, concerns, and objections, and address them appropriately to build trust and overcome barriers to the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis.
- Working to deadlines, agreed in advance on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Collaborating with the resource team to assist you in identifying candidates that meet your client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage and build relationships with clients.
- Comfortable with working on the phone and business to business cold / warm calling.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive results.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges in the sales process.
- Must speak fluent English, additional language proficiency in any European language is desirable but not essential
Nice to haves:
- Any prior experience in sales during studies or full time.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus.
