Job description
Xoomire is seeking a highly skilled and experienced UiPath professional to join our team as a UiPath Developer. This is a remote position, but the candidate must be a US Citizen and reside within the United States. We are a Virginia-based company and welcome candidates from any state.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and implement automation workflows using UiPath Studio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable automation solutions.
- Perform end-to-end process analysis, identify automation opportunities, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including workflow diagrams and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation processes to ensure their accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously optimize automation solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UiPath features, functionalities, and best practices.
Requirements:
- US Citizenship and residency within the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other components of the UiPath platform.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
- Solid understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and best practices.
- Experience with process analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Prior experience working remotely is a plus.

Pay: $59,499.41 - $147,582.86 per year
