Within the CNS organization, Network Monetization Platform intends to create future service innovation and value creation driven by digital ecosystems built in collaboration with developers and technology application partners on distributed and programmable new age cloud native networks.
Our mission is to make global networks and network of networks simple and programmable for new service creation and monetization across mission critical industries, consumer and enterprises by enabling a global ecosystem of developers.
The Network Monetization Platform business unit is being created to implement the CNS network as code vision. We are looking for a dynamic person to lead the Business Development activities in this organization.
What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:
- Build and manage a business pipeline for platform offering. Primary focus is to build/maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities that align with the vision.
- Perform market research and create, manage, and implement BD plans. Generate and articulate strategic vision, action plans, competitive intelligence research, needed company investments, and business cases that will grow revenue
- Engage customers in identifying and shaping opportunities.
Follow all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines including ISMS (ISO27001 program)
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and minimum 10+ years of performing Business Development (sales, marketing, capture, proposals) activities, especially in development, integration, and operation of CPaaS systems.
- Have experience in working with CPaaS topics and companies.
- Overall technology sales experience and experience in managing partnerships and partner teams at a large technology company including experience managing large GSIs, and resellers.
- Technically savvy and experience with the cloud, APIs, communications, contact center, enterprise software, devices, and mobility is a plus.
- Extensive experience presenting to and negotiating with senior level management (internal and external)
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing partner relationships and meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong data driven approach to decision making
- Experience in presenting to senior leaders. Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excels in a fast-paced, and dynamic environment
