About the Role:
As a BD Executive, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering strategic plans, ensuring engaging messages reach our target markets. Collaborating closely with partners, you will develop and implement targeted BD campaigns, manage multi-channel communications, produce compelling content, and support bids and presentations. Your focus will also include client retention and maximization, leveraging data through our CRM system, managing events, maintaining our online presence, and supporting our brand.
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in delivering marketing and BD plans within a professional services environment; someone who possesses a deep understanding of the marketing mix, including data analytics, targeted BD campaigns, and client care; and someone who excels in challenging and advising partners and are driven to achieve results.

REQUIREMENTS
- Goodunderstanding of marketing and BD, both planning and delivering.
- Experience of working in a professional services firm, preferably accountancy or law.
- Confidentinpersuading, influencingand challenging, with the ability to workcollaboratively.
- Enthusiasticandenergetic, able to takethe initiative,drive process and make things happen.
- Capable ofmanagingmultiple projectswith an ability to be flexible,prioritiseanddelegate.
- Knowledge of digital marketing andCRMsystems.
- Goodwritten communication with attention to detail.
- Effective communicator, includingconfidenceinpresenting.
- Goodnetworking skills, good at quickly establishing relationships and trust.
- Fast learnerwith theability to hit the ground running.
- ExperienceinMicrosoft Office, particularlyExcel,Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
