Job description
As a Sales Consultant at The Financial Savings Group, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell card payment solutions to businesses. You will engage with prospective clients, understand their specific payment needs, and present suitable card machine options. Your goal will be to generate sales and drive revenue while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads: Identify potential businesses that can benefit from card payment solutions. This may involve cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, and leveraging online platforms.
Consultation and needs assessment: Engage with business owners or decision-makers to understand their payment requirements. Analyze their existing payment processes and recommend appropriate card machine solutions to meet their needs.
Proposal development: Create customized proposals based on the client's requirements. Clearly outline the cost, benefits, and ROI of the recommended card machine solution, emphasizing its value proposition and competitive advantage.
Negotiation and closing: Handle objections, negotiate terms, and work towards closing deals. Collaborate with the sales team and management to ensure smooth and timely sales conversions.
Relationship management: Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as their point of contact for ongoing support, queries, and additional product needs. Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, advancements, and regulatory changes in the payment industry. Continuously educate yourself on the features and capabilities of card machines and related technologies.
Sales reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression. Provide regular reports to management regarding sales performance, achievements, and challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
No Previous experience is needed for this position however you may find previous sales experience useful

As a Partner at The Financial Savings Group, your earning potential will be primarily commission-based, offering high incentives for successful sales. Typically, commissions are based on a tiered structure based on achieving certain sales targets.
The more successful sales you generate, the higher your commissions and overall earnings will be. Your income will directly correlate with your sales performance. High-performing sales consultants have the opportunity to earn significant income.
