JOB DESCRIPTION
Your Role
The Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPMO) team responsible for tools, templates, and standards supporting the project management community. The Systems Analysis, Consultant will report to the Senior Manager, Program and Project Management. In this role you will provide internal stakeholder support for the Planview platform and provide coaching on the platform to the Project Manager and agile communities.
Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Formulate/define system scope and objectives based on user needs for the highest complexity changes
- Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems and devices to process data
- Prepare charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submits recommendations for solution
- Prepare detailed program specifications and flowcharts, and coordinate system installations with user departments
- Analyze all aspects of business unit functions to determine application, integration and optimal use of information systems
- Support definition, prioritization, planning and execution of the vision for the Planview product roadmap and execution plan
- Assist with the development of Planview Product, Methodologies, Processes and Tools
- Provide guidance to PM resources and engage stakeholders in the improvement of existing product capabilities
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and technologies related to the Planview product
- Provide Planview Administration and support end users by completing requests for updating data and issue resolution
- Support on-going tool maintenance requiring audits and testing for upgrades.
- Audit Planview for license tracking, user provisioning, and archival
- Configure and apply data updates in Planview in response to changing organizational/hierarchical structures
- Support FP&A with financial activities in Planview Financial Management module
- Support Planview reporting tools (Power BI and Report Builder) and functionality
QUALIFICATIONS
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Requires at least 7 years of directly related professional experience and deep technical abilities in one or more primary products, programs or technologies
- Desired at least 2 years supporting Planview tools
- Desired at least 1 year supporting Power BI or similar reporting platforms
- Desired at least 1 year modifying or creating SQL statements
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is: $ 109120.00 to $ 163680.00 for California.
Note:
Please note that this range represents the pay range for this and many other positions at Blue Shield that fall into this pay grade. Blue Shield salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.
