Scrum Master
Our Scrum Master role helps to foster a productive, effective, and inclusive work environment. You’ll be people-orientated, organised, and proactive, bringing innovative ideas to the organisation and using your emotional intelligence to help staff settle in, learn, and grow.
Change Leadership
Our Change Leadership professional area enables and supports positive transformation across the organisation, helping to deliver new capabilities and tools to overcome business challenges. Available roles in this department include Change Analysts; Business Change Managers; and Change Lead Managers.
Business Relationship Management
This professional area enables effective communication across the business, between customers and departments: promoting an understanding of operational and developmental needs. We’re recruiting for Business Relationship Managers to deliver an excellent user experience, provide insight to our technical teams, and ensure the smooth running of our IT services.
Project Management
Our Project Management professional area is at the heart of our mission, responsible for the planning, procurement, and completion of projects. Members of this team scope out work, bring vital structure, and use their organisation skills to plan, budget, and resource missions. Available roles in this department include Project Managers; Senior Project Managers; Project Support Officers; and Project Control Officers.
Product Management
Product Management reimagines our products and services to meet user needs, providing the best technology solutions to help deliver critical intelligence, evidence, and data to our frontline missions. Keeping calm in the face of uncertainty, members of this team decide what products we should build to keep our organisation– and the country– safe. Available roles in this department include Product Managers; Product Owners; and Senior Innovation Product Managers.
Business Analysis
This profession assesses how the organisation is performing and helps to improve processes and systems, proposing solutions to business problems to keep the UK safe and secure. We’re currently recruiting for a Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst to understand our unique problems and work with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

To be eligible to apply, you must be a British Citizen. If you hold dual nationality, of which one component is British, you’ll l nonetheless be considered. Candidates must normally have been resident in the UK for seven out of the last ten years. This is particularly important if you were born outside the UK. Things you need to know
Selection process details
Our recruitment process is fair, transparent, and based on merit. Here is a brief overview of each stage, in order:
- Paper sift – you are advised to make full use of the word allowance for each question
- Interview
- Drugs Test
- Vetting Interview
Please note, you must successfully pass each stage of the process to progress to the next. Your application may take around 6 - 9 months to process including vetting, so we advise you continue any current employment until you have received your final job offer.
