Job Title: Business Change Manager
Location: Preston or Farnborough. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: Circa £56,000 depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Run business change delivery in medium to large sized projects, work package, or be supporting in delivering part of a complex change programme or business transformation initiative, reporting the business benefit realisation.
- Supporting the implementation of new systems or new process, this individual will ensure that business change management is consistently embedded, delivered and assured through appropriate standard approaches across projects and programmes.
- Lead and inspire a team of Business and Sector Change Agents and SME’s.
- Be responsible for managing the delivery activities within the projects and may also have responsibility of managing a team of Change Leads providing appraisal and support to their development whilst being accountable for the delivery of their change project/programme
Your skills and experiences:
- Broad Business Change Management experience demonstrated in a professional role within a business or project and ability to carry out Business Change Management tasks of medium to high complexity
- Experience in working with, and influencing, senior stakeholders across multiple businesses and functions
- Good Knowledge and understanding of both project and the wider business environment
- Experience of driving business change
- Be able to identify, adopt and tailor good practice
