Pepper Advantage is one of the leading loan servicing companies in the UK, and we are currently recruiting for a Business Change Analyst to join our dynamic and growing Change team in Skipton, North Yorkshire.


Experience in an operational or change management capacity within the financial services industry is essential.


You will be key in the operational implementation of new client and loan portfolio boarding and the ongoing development and publication of management information.


You will be instrumental in the resolution of key issues in conjunction with stakeholders to deliver seamless customer-focused outcomes.


As a Business Change Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and assisting with due diligence for new portfolio acquisitions
  • Facilitation of third-party review meetings
  • Change management – management of operational projects and stakeholders including timelines, schedules, and delivery dates
  • Operational management of the boarding, off-boarding, and structural changes to pools
  • Management of the transfer of the legal title process
  • Creation of business requirements to support change requests
  • Working with Project Management function to meet project objectives
  • Submitting and managing change requests with consideration for impact on other functions
  • MI analysis to support new strategies and working practices
  • Communicating updates to the business regarding change delivery to ensure seamless delivery
  • Assessing impact of client and Pepper driven change on the business and coordinate a holistic impact assessment on change requests
  • Assessing risk and address audit and/or compliance-finding / requirements
  • Facilitating and coordinating remediation projects as required

Additional Information

This is a hybrid role and there will be an expectation (following an initial training period) of three days per week office attendance.


Essential Skills

  • Experience in an operational or change management capacity within the financial services industry
  • An excellent understanding of regulation and associated legislative policy and the impacts these have on the business
  • Able to manage concurrent projects of varying sizes and criticality
  • Able to analyse problems, think creatively, and make effective decisions in the appropriate timescales
  • Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills
  • Has a robust understanding of regulation and associated legislative policy and the impacts these have on the business particularly relating to loan and mortgage products
