We are recruiting an entry level Business Change Analyst to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with an interest in business change, strong Excel and enjoys problem solving.
Ideal locations are Chichester or Exeter but we will also consider candidates looking for remote working.
What can you expect?
The Business Change Analyst is responsible for helping to drive improvement and maintain best practice of UK Wealth Administrations processes and service by continually improving the collective output, performance and development of the business.
As a Business Change Analyst will support the Senior Business Analyst in delivering change programmes and maintain best practice principles on behalf of the Wealth Administration Leadership and operational teams. This will involve undertaking reviews, analysis and evaluating business systems and processes alongside business needs, documenting requirements and maintaining best practice controls to match the overall business strategies.
In addition, you will contribute to the enhancement and upkeep of live robots for UK, Wealth Administration business.

We will count on you to:
- Collaborate with business change managers and support opportunities for continual improvement to achieve efficiencies/improvements in client delivery and internal processes, whilst maintaining best practices.
- Provide support on various projects/work streams simultaneously, implementing process changes and improvements, where applicable. Providing regular updates to business change/business managers, where applicable.
- Support in the creation and maintenance of communications, procedures, policies, processes, controls and best practices to ensure all activities are undertaken correctly and are aligned across business platforms where possible
- Support in the development of data and trend analysis of Management Information to help business managers make informed decision
- Problem solve issues that arise day-to-day running Robotic Process Automation (RPA) processes and provide timely responses and solutions, as required
- Manage RPA queues to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements
What you need to have:
- Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word & Excel
- Proven ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients
- Analytical mind-set - able to analyse information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems.
- Willingness to learn basics of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and technologies
