Join Osler’s Commercial Practice Group as an associate in our Toronto office for the opportunity to work on general commercial matters with an emphasis on franchising, retail, consumer protection, supply chain, distribution and e-commerce law. As a Commercial Associate, you will work with the best and brightest legal minds and will play a key role in providing clear, practical and results-oriented legal advice to our commercial clients.
Do you have what we’re looking for?
- 1 to 4 years of experience in general commercial and contractual law, gained from a leading law firm or in-house legal department in Canada;
- An interest in supporting our Franchise; Retail, Distribution and Supply Chain; and Commercial practices;
- Experience in advising clients in the areas of franchise, retail or marketing and distribution law considered an asset;
- A desire to grow while developing new skills in a challenging area;
- Exceptional client service skills;
- Superior communication and drafting skills; and
- Excellent academic credentials.
