Milestone Infrastructure is looking to recruit a Business Reporting Administrator to work at our Engineering Solutions office in Ipswich.
As a Business Reporting Administrator, you will be part of our project management team who are responsible for collating, processing and reporting the financial performance of the Engineering Solutions team.
Engineering Solutions provides technical and professional support to Milestone Infrastructure contracts within the highway maintenance sector. Our team at Ipswich has 35 staff working on highway and structures design, asset management and road safety engineering.
As the Business Reporting Administrator your duties & responsibilities will be:
- Day to day assistance with management of processes/systems in relation to project management and financial controls / reporting.
- Support commercial and financial business monitoring and reporting, including data input and record management
- Create/maintain/input financial journals and records onto internal finance systems
- Assist with preparation of performance reports, financial reports and business plans
- Assist engineering teams with meeting minutes, data collection and data analysis in relation to scheme work
- Assist with general office management management activities and support as required
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- High computer literacy on Microsoft Excel and Word
- Administration background and experience an advantage but not essential
- Ability to write or produce reports using Excel and Word
- Ability to update and maintain financial systems and databases
- Ability to work successfully to deadlines
