About the Team:
You will be part of the Global Administration team based in London, covering a range of analysis, planning & strategic thinking across EMEA and the US, to ensure the best efficiency of admin service providing with satisfactory quality. The team is committed to making sure our employees are operating at their best, with inspiring and comfortable workspace experience.
Responsibilities:
As the Business and Planning Analyst supporting the Administration Policy and Planning team, you will:
- Prepare regional budgets and cost analysis for the Department for EMEA and the US
- Identify and control financial exposure
- Gain a strong understanding of the Department's operations (Eg. Administration, Catering and Project Management) in order to draw insights from financial and operational data, and improve operational efficiency and financial management through KPI setting and monitoring
- Using data analysis and visualisations, highlight problems to relevant stakeholders and partner with the business to make improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Math, Statistics and other relevant fields
- 3+ years of FP&A, Accounting or financial analysis experience in a mid-to-large-scale company; preferably with regional or global exposure; Big 4 and/or technology sector experience is a plus
- Excellent communication in English; an additional European language and/or Mandarin (Chinese) would be a great advantage for communication with internal and external stakeholders in Europe and China
- Demonstrated proficiency in using systems and tools for financial modelling, analysis of multiple large datasets and data visualisation, eg. using Excel, Tableau, PowerBI
- Self-motivated, able to work in a team environment to organise work, prioritise tasks, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Global mind-set for working with different cultures and backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills, ability to get into details and articulate findings to senior executives
