Graduate trainee opportunities – Business Analyst.

The locations for the graduate placements are at Peterborough Offices.
Within the role you will:
· Work on challenging projects with real business impact.
· Develop skills in business analysis, finance and general project management.
· Work with a designated mentor.
· Benefit from the skills and capabilities of the global parent company, TCS.
· Receive in-house training on systems, processes, and core brand values.
· Work with INSTEP who will support you in gaining a nationally recognised L4 Business Analysis apprenticeship qualification (British Computer Society).
The ideal candidate will have:
· Technical Degree (2:2 or higher) obtained in the last three years.
· High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Digitally savvy.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Passion and desire for analysis.
· Resilient with the ability to work under pressure, managing own time to meet tight deadlines.
· Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
· An interest in or experience of Business Analysis.

· Starting salary of £27,000
