A fantastic opportunity has become available to join the Fraud CIO team as a Business Analyst, working with a focussed team of exceptionally talented developers and designers committed to helping Santander deliver value through use of latest technologies. Our mission within Fraud CIO is to design, deliver and evolve best-in-class fraud capabilities to protect our customers and to establish Santander as the global lead for preventing economic crime.
You will work within an agile squad comprising of Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, Testers and Release Managers.

Gathering business requirements coming from stakeholders
Translating business requirements into actionable activities for development teams
Communicating Effectively complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to drive decision making
Working with engineers, designers, data analysts, product owners and stakeholders to define solutions that meet both our customers’ and our banks’ needs
Encouraging to proactively seek out and identify untapped opportunities and unmitigated risks
Owning and producing relevant documentation and visualising functional solutions
What you’ll bring.
Experience working with product owners or technology teams on identifying, gathering and addressing requirements
Experience of working in agile, including an awareness of agile tools and how to use them (such as JIRA and Confluence)
Enjoy being part of a closely knit team of driven individuals and contributing to the wider Business Analyst guild
Self-motivated, with an ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously
Can-do attitude and learner mindset, eager and willing to explore new business/technical areas
Excellent communication skills and ability to share knowledge
It would also be nice for you to have.
Knowledge of web/mobile analytics such as Adobe Analytics
SQL skills
Experience in building banking or payments systems/platforms
Experience in working on customer facing products at scale

1st Stage – A one-hour formal interview where we will ask competency-based questions. This will be done virtually.
