The Opportunity
ZE is a global leader in the development of enterprise data management and analysis software. We design and develop ZEMA, a sophisticated suite of products that provide clients with powerful capabilities for data collection, process automation, and business intelligence through web based analytical tools, services, and dashboards.ZE recognizes the dependence on our team members and repays that with trust and loyalty. The successful applicant will form a key part of a team responsible for ensuring our clients are always able to use their ZE products and services, getting the best of the services we offer.ZE is expanding globally, currently strongly in Europe with the ZE Cloud expanding to Frankfurt & Amsterdam DataCentres. This is an exciting time of on-boarding and supporting clients across Europe and the wider EMEA region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a specialized knowledge of ZEMA products and typical client use-cases, models, analytics, and methods for implementing them in ZEMA standardized solutions.
  • Instigate, prepare, facilitate and lead meetings, workshops and presentations for a wide range of audiences, demonstrating consistently high qualities of communication and strong powers of influence.
  • Provide Management with clearly defined requirements and aligned solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Participate in and lead client projects focusing on curve automation and business process improvement leveraging the ZEMA suite and actively providing suggestions for enhancements/add-ons which the client can take advantage of.
  • Produce clear and effective project and requirements documentation, presenting information in an intelligent and clear way to communicate requirements, options and recommendations to different stakeholder audiences.
  • Develop a specialized knowledge of the industries and markets covered by ZE’s target clients.
  • Provide active client support related to ZEMA product usage and/or custom solutions developed for specific clients and projects.
  • Support the sales process by developing targeted examples for product demonstrations.
  • Support the development teams by providing ongoing feedback relating to bugs, or feature improvements.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a STEM Field
  • Foundational technical skills in IT/coding e.g. SQL, Python, VBA, APIs or others.
  • Experience with managing or working with data – such as data design, collection, storage, analytics and / or reporting.
  • Ability to integrate, connect, and thrive in a predominantly WFH arrangement; possible limited travel.
