The Product Management Team possess deep market insight and clear understanding of the financial services market and in turn drive a market leading, innovative Product and solution strategy.

We have multiple established products in the market and are on a journey to both re-architect and revolutionise both the technology stack and user experience. We are seeking experienced Analysts either with knowledge of the Savings and Loans sector or experience of working as an Analyst in a fast paced agile development function.

Who are we looking for?
- An Analyst who can contribute to the creation, development and maintenance of the product portfolio including both or established products and next generation platform, by taking customer and market requirements and helping define the detailed requirements from both a customer Business Process and Technical requirements point of view.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Support the development of new software products from ideation to delivery by creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions
- Reporting on delivery of requirements to stakeholders
- Engage with product manager, senior leaders, technical leads, and other key stakeholders to identify solutions to deliver the product roadmap
- Support the definition of business cases for all MV products and third-party integrations
- Ensuring that all ISO and data protection policies are followed, and risks escalated as appropriate
- Adherence to all MV’s policies and procedures
- Lead internal requirement gathering workshops
- Writing reports, instructions, and specifications and creating process flows
- Supporting project/product teams during the analysis and planning stages of software development
- Making sure projects stay within quality, budget, and time requirements
- Evaluating Key Performance Indicators
- Support the implementation of Agile/DevOps processes throughout MV

Nice to have:
- Previous experience of the Financial Services sector would be highly advantageous.

- Competitive Salary between £35,000 to £45,000 pa depending on knowledge and experience
