Job Description We are looking for IT Business Analyst to join our team! Key Accountabilities: Work closely with trading, shift, operations and Risk teams in addition to multiple IT teams and capture and document the business requirementsCreate the relevant user stories and associated acceptance criteria in the backlog and validate them with the relevant business stakeholdersDay to day follow up with the development team to ensure the design of the end product meets the captured and validated requirementsSupport the System integration testing and validation that delivery outcomes are meeting the defined acceptance criteriaConduct the user acceptance testing to ensure the solutions are meeting the business requirements and fully functional.Capture change requests and work with the relevant stakeholders to assess the impact and convert the change into a specificationProvide third level support for issues in ProductionEngage regularly and build trusted relationships with both Business and IT teamsProvide training and support to end-users to ensure that they can effectively use the systems and applicationsDevelop and maintain delivery plans, status reports and schedules. Outcome, Results and Key Performance Indicators: High Quality of gathered requirements and produced specificationsTimely delivery of requirement analysisTrusted relationships with all the stakeholdersQuality of testing acceptance criteria producedLevel of leadership provided during User Acceptance testing Qualifications Extensive experience working as a Business Analyst or Product Manager/Product Owner preferably on a energy trading environment Solid experience on an Agile environment. Ideally a master’s degree in engineering, business engineering, finance, mathematics or physics. Background in Energy Sector is essential. ETRM knowledge is essential Behavioral Capabilities:Organized and detail orientated with an ability to work under pressureRigorous, autonomous and can take initiatives.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to express complex ideas clearly and concisely.Comfortable with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional border Additional Information 50% in the office, 50% remote.
