We have an exciting opening for a Business Analyst to join us at Eastlight.
Reporting to the Change Programme Manager, you will be a highly motivated, analytical problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong aspiration to deliver transformation change for our people and customers.

The Business Analyst:
- You will work collaboratively with process owners, service leads and systems users to understand, scope and define new project and change requirements in conjunction with Eastlight strategies.
- Identify opportunities and potential risks associated with in project workstreams and highlight these to the Change Team and process owners, leveraging design thinking and technology to deliver value quickly and iteratively.
- You will create robust documentation to support with the gathering of requirements, process analysis, gap analysis and service re-design across a dynamic portfolio of projects.
- Proactively use Lean techniques to measure risks and requirements across a range of business areas, analysing issues to define and evaluate improvement initiatives and implement solutions.
- Capture and utilise data to drive evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement across our business areas.
- Use proven approaches to change to rapidly develop, deliver, and iterate requirements that meet project objectives.
