We're looking to expand our talent in our BA community and as a result of potential internal moves and promotions we anticipate the need to recruit in the coming months.
As a Business Analyst at Allianz you'll not only work for an award-winning company, you'll work with award-winning BAs, we have a successful team whose expertise spans several years, covering a variety of projects including HR, Finance, Regulatory, IT, Cyber, Claims and Engineering.
On a daily basis you'll :
- Work with stakeholders (at all levels) across the business to define business visions and develop strategies to meet these through analysis, feasibility studies and business cases
- Define, own and agree the business analysis approach, within a pre-agreed Agile or Waterfall framework, ensuring that all activities align with change governance and quality standards
- Work to understand our needs and elicit requirements and manage end-to-end traceability, maintenance and prioritisation
- Recommend potential solutions following our goals and data needs, and help develop solutions by working with partners and suppliers
- Learn from experiences and understand how benefits have been delivered by participating in retrospectives, lessons learned and knowledge share sessions.
We're looking for experienced individuals who :
- Are passionate about the BA role, have supported on several change projects utilising Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Have an appreciation of the wider field of IT systems (architecture, hardware and software) and their use in business processes and their implementation
- Can influence and manage stakeholders at all levels
- Are organised, can plan and prioritise tasks
- Can apply recognised industry standard modelling techniques including data modelling and BPMN.
- Are educated to degree level or have a further professional qualification and experience (BCS or equivalent)
- Have experience working in an Insurance or a Financial Services environment (would be an added advantage)
