We are a group of hard-working certified professionals dedicated in providing technical guidance and recommendation using our domain expertise. We drive strategic initiatives on salesforce platform for Customer Experience organization. The team promotes Workday’s core values with a strong dedication to our employees. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Services Operations and the ideal candidate will have a systems background, a passion for quality and customer service, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
About the Role
The Business Analyst will interact with various multi-functional teams and define and document business processes and requirements. They will be very detailed, self-motivated, results oriented, and an excellent communicator. Our employees are at the core of our business which means having a partnership mentality as a trusted advisor to guide and collaborate with multi-functional teams will be significant in this role. This role requires analysis of sophisticated business problems to be solved with configuration solutions. Our team also works with partners & customers occasionally to ensure we're providing an outstanding experience. Our roles are fast-paced and focus on analyzing challenging problems and coming up with solutions to a variety of operational critical issues, all while running various projects and initiatives! - Define, document, and maintain business processes, requirements, and policies. Look for ways to constantly improve processes & procedures.
- Manage and support operations related initiatives identified by the Professional Services management team.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements and make recommendations as appropriate.
- Work with team to understand and prioritize field requests.
- Manage the queue to provide prompt support to end users including consulting ecosystem to resolve issues and address questions.
- System testing of new functionality or bug fixes.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Salesforce.com system experience is mandatory.
- Salesforce admin or equivalent certification required.
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
Other Qualifications:
- Project coordination skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as collaborate with cross-functional business partners and technical teams.
- Ability to gather and transfer requirements from collaborators into an action plan and deliver on that action plan leveraging internal systems as needed.
- Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance and instruction to users.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to research solutions to issues as they arise.
- Ability to manage business partner expectations professionally.
- Ability to work independently, with general direction and guidance.
- Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
